Chapter 1 第1章 5 Initiatives for AI-related Inventions 5 AI 関連発明に関する取組 (i) Research on the Approach to Invention Protection Considering Advancements in AI Technology*6 (i) AI技術の進展を踏まえた発明の保護の在り方に関する調査研究*6 Full-length and abridged versions of the results of a FY2024 commissioned research titled “Research on the Approach to Invention Protection Considering Advancements in AI Technology” were published in April 2025.
